Elementary
General music instruction for all students TK - 5th Grade, includes vocal music and music literacy. 3rd grade recorders and 4th & 5th grade ukuleles. Symphonic Jazz Orchestra - 4th grade Music of the World and 5th Grade Music of America adds music aligned with Social Studies standards. Optional Programs include 3rd - 5th grade choir and 4th & 5th grade instrumental music.
Middle School
6th - 8th grade year -long electives include: Band, Orchestra and Choir.
6-8th grade Instrumental Music includes Panther Band & Strings for beginners, Concert Band for intermediate and advancing instruments, Symphonic Band and Strings for advanced students. No experience necessary to join!
New in 2025-26, Exploration of Music Tech is open to 7th & 8th graders and is a pre-pathway to the high schools CTE Music Production Pathway.
High School
Electives offered during the day and after school as part of the 7th period AVPA program. Performance ensembles include: Orchestra, Concert Band, Marching Band, Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Combos, Vocal Ensemble, Drum Line/Percussion Ensemble. Non-performance AVPA classes include: Music Theory, Composition/Arranging, Audio Engineering, and Media Music. CTE pathways include: CTE Music Production I/II.
