Dance

Dance is taught by PE teachers during class in addition to various Dance Assemblies at the elementary schools.

Every CCMS student receives six sessions of Dance during PE taught by various partner arts organizations including Lula Washington Dance Theatre Leela Dance Collective, On the Edge Dance Studio and Ballet Folklorico Flor De Mayo.

CTE Dance I, CTE Intermediate Dance and CTE Advanced Dance. Qualifies for PE Credit and A-G UC/CSU requirement in the ‘F” category. Classes offered during the day and afterschool during 7th period via the AVPA Program.
